INTEL CORE: Chip Innovation @ Intel.

BACKGROUND
Today, globalization and technology are considered as two of the most important aspects that affected the overall aspects of company, particularly its communication process and information flow. Which different companies develop and discover new ideas to compete over for the socio- economic development.  
As of now, INTEL (NASDAQ: INTC) is one of the world leader in computing innovation. The company designs and builds the essential technologies that serve as the foundation for the world’s computing devices such as the new leading computer processors and parallel computing performances. Furthermore, it is an American global technology company and the world's largest semiconductor chip maker, based on revenue.(Intel 2007 Annual Report) It is the inventor of the x86 series of microprocessors, the processors found in most personal computers. Intel was founded on July 18, 1968, as Integrated Electronics Corporation (though a common misconception is that "Intel" is from the word intelligence) and is based in SantaClara, California, USA. Intel also makes motherboard chipsets, network interface controllers and integrated circuits, flash memory, graphic chips, embedded processors and other devices related to communications and computing. Founded by semiconductor pioneers Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore and widely associated with the executive leadership and vision of Andrew Grove, Intel combines advanced chip design capability with a leading-edge manufacturing capability. Though Intel was originally known primarily to engineers and technologists, it’s "Intel Inside" advertising campaign of the 1990s made it and its Pentium processor household names.
     Finally, Intel are applying new strategies in different fields of areas in computer industry regarding with their performances which may be possible to build a new ways to improve a better living and properly stored  and can be retrieved for future use for the socio economic development and beyond.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The main purpose of this is to examine and analyze the different INTEL Chip innovation impacts of the application being used in terms of individual and overall organizational performance. Furthermore, this study will focus on the advantages and disadvantages of different core chips and how it can help to improve the overall computing performance of each processor.
Moreover, it standardizes the different performances of each processor which has been used widely to the new advance discovery for future used processors, and how it affects the computing performances architectures of each Intel core.

METHODS:
            Nowadays, with the new advance discovery that is no longer a secret for anyone the new generation of the multicore processor architectural changes and improvements implemented in the new generation of processors built on the Intel Core architecture. At first, processors are not generally with a multicore processor since it was being tested to know what would be definitely needed to enhance the performance of processors.
            Today, the dual core technology was launched uses two microprocessors to perform tasks at the same time. However, Intel’s latest processor innovation uses so called “quad-core” microprocessors, which actually doubles the equation and performance. This further increases the computer processing speed and energy savings. According to Intel, the makers of the quad-core processor, “the technology delivers four “computing brains” inside a single microprocessor enabling it to multi-task more effectively”. Because Intel aiming its latest innovation that caters the needs of customers especially at the high-end market, they introduces new capabilities the introduction of the Quad-Core Xeon 5300 and Intel Core 2 Extreme quad-core families for general purpose servers and workstations, digital-media creation, high-end gaming and other market segments as well (Intel CORE/Intel Quad-Core Microprocessor Chips unveiled by IBM - TechShout.htm). Through the innovation, Intel didn’t stop creating and making new discovery for the development of technologies in the world so as they announced and see the difference of multi-core processors evolution.

 

This shows the timelines of their announcements and arrival of the new innovation of multi-core evolution which be probable performance boost at specific applications. Every development of multi-core is a fact that nothing is impossible. But, these also get a better idea of the causes and consequences which lead to a specific result of dealing with multi-core processors. Eventually, every specification delivers a higher performance and effective transfer data and process at a time. Despite the details of announcements it is our choice of how we deal and be aware using this innovation of processors architecture that we may be occupy for future use.
